Phone booth for wheel chair users?

Pay phone booths in a metro station - as far as I know the majority of phone booths inside subway stations are of those shapes and sizes.

But on the far left, you see a lower booth, apparently and actually designed for people in wheel chairs. That's good. Good to show them that you are doing something to make things easier for them.




But the problem is,
can you really imagine ANYONE parking his/her wheelchair comfortably by the phone booths and easily reaching the receiver and the number pad?

The phone is too deep inside the cabine and the round shape is literally blocking you from getting any closer to the phone if you are in a wheelchair.

Is it only me who think it's ridiculous?
